Surgika-azienda

Surgika is an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified company.

The production facility is equipped with a cleanroom classified ISO 8 in accordance with ISO 14644-1, alongside Italian and foreign partners whose production is in accordance with the technical requirements established by Surgika, in respect of current regulations.
The choice of partners, their training and the creation of unique technical documents form the basis of our production process.

Each day, Surgika undertakes to reduce its carbon footprint through a series of structural and personal behaviours aimed at achieving the offsetting of greenhouse gas emissions associated with the company’s activities. The company is currently evaluating the prospect of acquiring the legal and structural set-up necessary for the qualification of a “benefit company”.

Surgika chose to install a vertical garden on the main façade of the plant, accompanied by a drip irrigation system to prevent water waste.

The vertical garden already facilitates greater insulation of the building both acoustically and thermally, resulting in savings on heating and cooling systems.

With a view to reducing its CO₂ footprint, in late 2022, Surgika installed a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity from solar sources to serve the company’s electricity consumption, with a power of 145.8 kW that covers 90% of its energy needs.

In addition to these structural interventions, Surgika is constantly committed to reducing energy waste by applying a series of green-friendly policies.
What’s more, our company also uses packaging made of 100% recycled cardboard and is committed to the proper disposal of waste products and packaging.
