International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women

25 November is a day that calls for collective responsibility. Violence against women is a reality that requires constant commitment, awareness and concrete action, including at the corporate level.

At Surgika, we believe that a culture of respect is built every day, including in our workplace.

Surgika’s achievement of UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification represents a necessary step in this direction: a formal commitment to more equitable, inclusive environments that are attentive to women’s well-being.
